The IWM robot settings are already back to neutral and you may read Pascal’s comments about the possibility of a buy signal in the very near term.
Pre-market, IWM is trading not far from Semester S3 (67.70) which has a 95% probability of marking the low for the second half-year if hit. Likewise, Weekly S3 (66.93) has a 95% probability of being the week’s low if hit.
Successive unfilled runaway gaps to the downside have not made possible optimal short entries for the robot and we may have lost the bulk of this shorting opportunity. The only consolations are that we are certainly not alone and no harm is made when staying in cash.
There’s no use discussing at length what the next erratic and chaotic big move could be. Let’s just keep being patient for a “perfect setup” trigger.
