I updated the watch list this morning to add NXPI and GILD.

I got confused by who was acquiring who in the NXPI-FSL merger. In an inaccurate note in Market Smith it stated that FSL was acquiring NXPI for $40 billion in cash and stock. I now understand that it is just the reverse and that the larger NXPI has agreed to acquire FSL. This makes more sense and puts NXPI back on the table for consideration.

GILD looks like a reasonable 10-week moving average bounce.
