    CTICK

While BABA is still on the starting blocks, waiting to be crushed of to the contrary, waiting to fly to 100, the market has slowly refused the new highs and has reversed down. Market should find some support here.

PCYC is doing fine, but somewhar extended.

SSYS is pulling back to the base of its recent breakout. I am a buyer here.

    C Tick

    Pascal,
Usually your intraday c tick chart is quite similar to others I use. I understand the differences in data, but today seemed rather significant in that your chart shows higher hi's on the day and other charts were not even close. just an observation, see examples below.

    This is strange indeed.

I use IQFeed as data supplier and they have been very reliable. The code has not changed either. In other words, I do not know why this difference.

Today was options expiration and RUSSELL re-balancing, which might have created problems somewhere. Anyway, the CTick chart surge of the afternoon must be discounted due to the rebalancing.

I see what you mean. Yes, we continue the Ctick from the 16:00 close of the previous day.
We need to do that for the average CTick.
The starting point is not very important: we need to see the trend and the position compared to the average.
