    Oh yes, high demand / supply is also seen on stocks being sold off. Context is important which is one reason to analyze a base for proper price and volume action.

    TWTR

    Mike,
    How do you apply the CANSLIM criteria with IPO's? My question specifically pertains to TWTR as it has been mentioned a lot lately in the Big Picture, Weekly Radio Show, and IBD in general but has not appeared in any of its screens (IBD 50, etc). According to Marketsmith, the sales appear strong but they have not had a positive quarter in earnings. Technically, the IPO cup base it broke out of this past week shows very strong accumulation and constuctive price action.
