How to review the status of a subscription

Just a small note because I received two questions related to this subject.

When you select the "Subscribe" option, you reach the page shown below.

You will note below that we have added the option to disable the automatic renewal.

Can you also provide a feature for us to change credit card information for the auto-renew so it does not fail when that is changed?

Can you also provide a feature for us to change credit card information for the auto-renew so it does not fail when that is changed?

Unfortunately, this is impossible, because for security reasons, only the payment processing company (Paybox) keeps track of the link between a credit card and the auto-renew of an order. They offer a feature to cancel the auto renew, but we cannot link a new card number to an existing order.
