The market had a solid up day today. After being higher the entire session the major averages rallied into the close to finish at their highs of the day. Volume was higher across the board but still below average on both the Nasd and NYSE. Leading stocks performed about in line with the overall with the leaders index rising .56% on higher and above average volume. There were a few fresh breakouts today, such as CMVT, which is positive. The index is still sitting on it’s 9dma and as long as it holds this support level it will be in good shape. There aren’t a great number of buyable stocks right now and quality stocks are lagging the major averages in the last week or so, but there aren’t any real signs of trouble just yet. Jerry
