    IWM Tug Of War

So far today IWM is in a tug of war between large sellers at QR2 (91.02) and large buyers at Monthly pivot (90.65).
The QR2 resistance is 5-to-3 times stronger than the MPP strength and this is giving a bearish bias.

Our real-time EV system (still under beta test) for IWM shows confirmed stronger selling pressure with declining LEV and TEV. Notice also the declining Cum TICK hinting at sell programs being active.

It looks like a flat day to me.
"Nothing to see" until EOD POMO activity, but it will be relatively small.

The big move is the down-trend in the commodities that follow China's pull-back.
