Should the description on the "EV Filters" page for "Buying Surges with AB" and "Selling Surges with AB" be the same?

Secondly, the download file that contains a list of all the stocks from the filters, doesn't contain "Positive Divergence with AB" stock or "Negative Divergence for the matter", is there any reason why?

Indeed! Thanks for noticing this error. This has now been corrected.

These two lists are rather long and can be found in the DIVA file (second link from the top, highlighted in red below.
