The market was down most of the day and rallied near the close. The New York averages were down on the day while the Nasd averages were up slightly. Volume was down across the board. Leading stocks were about flat with the leaders index up .14% on lower volume. Despite numerous downgrades it was a fairly uneventful day and we will have to see if tomorrow's close produces a weekly Coppock signal. Jerry
