The market rallied strongly on a price basis today with the major averages rising about 1.5% on average and closing near the highs of the day. Volume was disappointing as it declined across the board. You would like to see strong volume confirming the price move. The leaders lagged today with the leaders index declining .28% on higher and above average volume. The Nasd broke above the 2600 resistance level and the weekly Coppock is very close to turning up. These are positive signs and may well indicate that this rally has a little life in it, but it would be good to see some volume on the upside. Jerry
