The market got hit hard at the open and after being down early the market fought it's way back to close well off the lows and near the highs of the day. Volume was higher across the board and even though the market closed pretty strong it still counted as a distribution day. The leaders outperformed the overall market with the leaders index closing up .67% and at the highs of the day. Volume was slightly down from Friday. We avoided a very negative day with the late rally, but there still isn't much indication that any real upside action lies ahead. Jerry
