This will be a very short commentary straight to the point:
- On a probabilistic robot approach there is really no edge whatsoever to be found either for a position in IWM nor for entering a new GDX trade today. Existing long positions in GDX can be held. Cash remains king.
- On a discretionary approach, a multitude of day-trading scenarios are possible, but none is probable. It’s better to be on your own with your preferred setups, risk management, position sizes and trading plans. What’s most important is to remain in cash overnight.
