Leaders Index 10-6

The market rallied again today. After being a touch wobbly early the market rallied the rest of the day to finish at the highs of the day. Volume declined again and we should start looking out for wedging. The leaders slightly outperformed again as can be seen in the RS line. The leaders index was up 1.96% on slightly lower but still above average volume. It closed slightly above it's 50dma. The major averages have closed at their highs three days in a row now and are approaching their 50dma's. Tomorrow's employment report will set the tone for the day's trading. Jerry
