Leaders Index 10-19

The market sold off today, losing most of the gains of yesterday. The Nasd Composite was hit hardest, declining over two percent and closing at the lows of the day. Volume was mixed, lower on the NYSE and higher on the Nasd. This produced a distribution day for the Nasd. Leading stocks again got hit harder than the overall market with the leaders index dropping 3.63% on very strong volume. The RS line for the index shows how much they have been under performing, Quite a few members of the leaders index, including AMZN, AAPL, BIDU, and GMCR took very large hits. The meeting of Euro zone countries over the weekend will determine the direction of the markets going forward. If no deal is reached it could get very ugly. Jerry
