Leaders Index 8-24

After starting strong today the market lost its gains only to rally into the close to finish near the highs of the day. Volume was lighter than yesterday and below average. The leaders also rallied with the index rising .27% on lower but above average volume. There are still very few quality stocks that have attractive buy points which calls the FTD into question. There was one item that improved today. The A's-E's/Total went flat today which might indicate that the rally attempt could have some legs, we will have to see how this plays out over the next few days. Today's rise also caused a hint of a curl in the weekly Coppock so we will have to watch this as well. I remain very skeptical of the FTD, but you must always keep an open mind in stock investing.
