Entering a new position

In today's comment, I compared PCYC to AMGN.
PCYC is now down 4%. Is it a buying opportunity?
AMGN is down only 0.9%.

We can see below that PCYC is still attracting sellers. In a market that is down, it is dangerous to buy here, especially since PCYC broke through its Lower Boundary.

AMGN however is interesting as large players are not selling. Of course, the market is weak today and hence, AMGN has difficulties pushing higher (ETFs are selling due to the general pressure.) However, I bought 1/2 a position and will buy another half 1% lower.
