Leaders Index 5-13-25

The market put in another positive session today. After the CPI report came in friendly the major averages opened higher and mostly worked their way up the rest of the day. A little late selling saw them finish off their highs, but not by much. The NASD averages led the way with the COMPQ and the NDX gaining 1.61% and 1.58% respectively. The SPX was higher by .72%. Volume was lower across the board. Leading stocks were higher as well. The leaders index had strong gains and closed 3.16% higher. The index finished high in its trading range on higher and above average volume. The market reacted well to a lower than expected CPI report and rallied nicely. The major averages had a strong close, and while volume was lower it was unusually high yesterday. There were more breakouts today and leading stocks are acting well. Right now the rally is in good shape and you should be participating. Jerry
