Sorry but I don't understand what "now in a new fail-safe protection" means. Is the RT model currently short, in cash, or long? Thanks

I wrote "it will cover its SHORT position if.."
It is short. Only the protection level to cover and reverse has changed.
It happens every time it trades over porosity either at the 0% line or at the average MF.
