• Portfolio Management for January 10, 2018

Yesterday, I finally sold half of my long BEAT position. The stock bounced just after I sold it, but so be it. The bounce could be a fake, and the general data looks more bearish than when I bought in December. I like the stock and plan to keep the second half, except if the stop is hit.

I also reshorted 1/2 TNA yesterday when I noticed weakness in the small caps.

The two other shorts: NLSN/BKE still look OK.

The trade ideas for today are below.

The only interesting long is PIR.

Many short ideas. The most interesting are those that broke down yesterday and could bounce into resistance.

Finally, TRIP that I wrongly listed in the long ideas in yesterday's daily comment is in fact a short idea. We are in a trading range, but under selling pressure.
