• Portfolio Management for December 19, 2017

    Yesterday, I sold the KLAC position as it opened on a gap, boosted by an upgrade combined to the general market bullishness. We can see below that large investors bought the afternoon weakness (after I sold anyway,) indicating that the stock could continue higher without me.



    We can see below that many short ideas either triggered or pushed past entry prices. This indicates a market that does not care about valuation: everything must go up.



    The portfolio is doing well in December and for now, I am only keeping a 30% long stance.









    BEAT look OKs in terms of EV Pattern, but AL seems somewhat weaker. I might sell the position on the next push higher. The only activity is to trail stops higher (See BEAT below.)





    The trade ideas for today are below. Still, difficult to short this uptrend and long ideas are overprices.
