• Portfolio Management for May 5, 2017

Yesterday, I opened a 1/2 short SSTK position on a bounce, but later on the day, I had to cover that position because the bounce brought the price back up all the way to the base of the breakdown. Usually, a bounce after a breakdown should be in the 50% range. A 100% bounce back-up might indicate that more buyers will come in on the following day. In such a case, it is best to close the position.

I also opened a new SDS long on a negative MF divergence. For now, the portfolio is 40% short.
