• Portfolio Management for February 17, 2017

    Yesterday, I sold both JNJ and XLE on negative EV patterns or MF.





    I am only keeping a 1/2 long TWLO. Since the LEV pattern is slightly negative, I will refrain from increasing that long position.



    Below are the trade ideas for today. YELP, HBI and SFLY are interesting short ideas.







    SFLY was added yesterday to the S&P600, which is why the stock bounced, but sellers were rather active. This tells me that the stock will be pushed higher by passive investing strategies, but that large holders will sell the bounce on poor revenues.



    I am more negative on US equities now because of the bounce in excess reserves.
