As a matter of fact, I did not experience neither regret not relief. Trading does not involve any sentiment. Decisions are based on technical analysis.
For now, I only have one position: a short IBB. Stop was moved.
We can see that IBB still attracts sellers. I will increase the short position on a bounce to the 5MA.
