• Portfolio Management for May 11, 2016

    Yesterday's general market bounce forced me to cover the CERN short when I detected that money was moving back into the stock.



    Later in the day, CERN was again sold and in hindsight, it would have been better to keep the position.



    I also looked at buying POT, MOS or CF because they wanted to bounce, but I did not like the EV pattern on materials stocks in general.

    Large players also sold the POT bounce, which is never good for a bounce continuation.





    The trade ideas for today are below.



    Here are a few Pyramid figures for the most interesting short trades.
    They all show similar patterns: first they broke down but are now bouncing back up on a weak EV pattern.
