• Portfolio Management for October 20, 2015

Yesterday, markets opened on a down gap, but buyers came in and reversed prices above the LOD.
This was enough for me to decide to exit the SDS position as the theory of market weakness after options expirations was not playing out.

In exchanged, I opened a short BWLD, but only 1/2 position because CMG is issuing earnings at the close of today and its EV pattern is positive. This means that BWLD could also go up. I might cover this short position today if the price pushes higher.

The other positions appear to be working well. The only question mark is NEM, because gold bounced overnight, which implies that NEM will also bounce today.

The trade ideas for today are below.

KMX is a standard short on a bounce type of trade.

This trade could be kept for longer than five days.

This month's activity has turned more positive and the Portfolio is back to an all time high.
My objective is to continue to prudently build returns.
