• Portfolio Management for November 20, 2014

    Yesterday, the whole PM sector was weak and I had to sell the 1/2 long SLW.
    I also tried a short XOP as oil/energy looked weak, but I covered it when it broke above the HOD, fo a loss lower than 1%.

    I also covered the BNS position at a small loss.

    These three small losses were compensated by the TNA gain on the short position.

    As of now, I have a short TNA and a long UFS, both half positions, showing that I have no convictions in either direction.



    Trade ideas are below. Since the market has pulled back a few points, some long trades look interesting.



    ZTS is a drug maker, as is BMY.
    ZTS could be bought on a pull-back to support, with a stop close by. EV is somewhat negative. Hence, I would not buy if buyers do not come in.

    BMY is a break-out trade.
