As we can see below - and as per Friday's email - I sold ABG when it was pulling back down to support. I basically sold it at the low of the day, just before the stock bounced. Poor decision!
The Portfolio has only one VNDA long position. Note that VNDA has an ATR of 7.7%, which means that it is very volatile. Hence, a smaller position than usual is advisable.
Today, I will mainly be looking at opening long positions.
KBH and MTH look interesting. KBH is close to its stable supply zone, while MTH is close to its LB. MTH is not a leading stock, but it is a stock that will bounce from the lows if the market bounces together with the sector, which seems to be the case today.
I might re-buy a long position in ABG.
On the short side, I believe that we need to wait for a stronger bounce than last week's. JCI and LL could be interesting if they can bounce back to their resistance level. LL has respected its trend lines in the past (or broke above with style.)
