The Supply indicator measures the probability that a shareholder will offer his shares for sale.
This probability is based on a simple mathematical model that I will explain in a separate article.
The object of the current article is to inform you that the supply data has been added to the main repository file.
The "Stocks" sheet now includes a "Supply" column.
There is also a new "Supply" sheet featuring tickers that could be interesting - either for long or short trades - depending on their combination of Supply and LER levels. As a reminder, LER stands for Large Effective Ratio. It measures the level of LEV accumulation compared with past accumulation levels.
LER is normalized between -125 and + 125. A LER at 125 indicates that accumulation is 25% higher than the maximum past accumulation.
A stock that shows a high liquidity level and a very negative LER level indicates that sellers are very active and hence could be a good short candidate on a bounce.
