The cumulative Tick reversed up at 11:30.
I wonder who decided that they really needed to come in (I suspect that the TBTF has launched their algos in euphoria ahead of the Dobs-Frank repeal.) Until they switch them off.
I am far from a believer in the bull market, except for big banks and industrials.
Even materials do not seem to attract any money during the bounce.
