My current trading hypothesis is that the market is oversold and will bounce.
In such a case, oversold stocks should bounce too.
AAPL is oversold.
We can see below that if is extended below its envelope.
In the past, these drops have offered good entries for at least a bounce that could last a few days (except the occurrence shown by the blue arrow).
Usually my short-term target is the 5MA and then, maybe to top of the envelope, if the general market pushes higher.
