Materials stocks are correlated to China, because you need materials to build ghost towns.
Will a small rate cut help buiding new towns in China, or will it help debase the currency and expor more to the US and Europe?

Anyway, the gap up has been faded and oil is being sold.
I am short oil on that reaction.
