The question is simple: is it better to buy a pull-back to the base of the last breakout shown in yellow or a new breakout above the current high?
The answer is simple: both strategies are good.
I would simply follow the market.
The Breakout can be bought if volume is high and the pullback can be bought is EV is not negative.
