Nothing much has changed in this QE fed market. Most stocks that I want to own are extended but we are seeing a regular dose of crash and burn stocks such as NQ, LAD, HTZ and XOOM. Because of the extended nature of most stocks I watch I have been unable to raise my portfolio exposure to where the Market School model suggests (75%). Chasing leading stocks beyond sound buy points is mostly a fools errand in this business.
