As I wrote earlier as a new comment to the portfolio management Article, CIEN and FNSR are down due to possible competition with CSCO and INTC.

We can see that they are now lower than their respective buy zone on strong negative EV.
It is not advised to buy them here. Nobody knows when selling will stop. These stocks have been hot and momentum is now negative.
CIEN is now close to crossing higher than the 10% supply zone. This means that selling will accelerate.
I took my loss at the open and I am looking at other stocks such as STZ.
