The market didn’t trade far from unchanged for much of the day before losing some gains to finish about unchanged on the session. Volume was up a bit across the board so it had a bit of a churning look. Leading stocks were mixed but the leaders index managed a solid gain of .93% on higher and well above average volume. The index has risen three days in a row now on increasing volume and the RS line has turned up. This is a very difficult market and when ever it looks like there will be a move the market reverses and goes the other way. It looks like the market has a bit under it and doesn’t want to sell off, but I have no real conviction in either direction at this point. Jerry
