IMO (oil sands,) has also a failing bounce.
High oil prices do not help these oil producers. This means that either oil prices are too high or these companies have a margin collapse (costs are increasing quicker than sales price.).
I bet for margins being poor and if oil turns down, then oil sands will be in a blood bath.
Anyway, this is a prime short target.
