I added a new loan servicing sector under the Finance stocks section.
This could help us in judging whether the downgrade this morning of ELLI is a sector wide issue.
As of now, we can see that ELLI has bounced from its Lower Boundary, but is meeting a resistance level.
It is not advised to add to the current position if you have one, even thoug it is clear that traders are not running away.
I myself prefer to lower the risk by selling a part of the position (2/3) in strength (on a bounce) to re-enter on a ripple down to an intraday support.
When a position turns again you, the general idea is not to increase the position, but to find ways to lower the risk.
In general, you add to winning positions and decrease losing positions.
I also opened a short oil position: Oil is now attracting sellers.
