I found the action of leading stocks encouraging today. Often the action of your portfolio is a good indicator for leading stocks. I own BCEI, RYL, DDD, HLSS, NSM and TRGP. My portfolio was up 0.8% at the close, clearly bucking what was going on with the major indices. Today looks like distribution on all indices.
The Market School exposure model is +3 (75% invested), I am a bit underallocated at 60%.
I have been studying the energy sector for opportunities, you might notice a couple of oil stocks in my portfolio. I am watching the IPO DKL for a breakout. Today's reversal action wasn't constructive.
