in EV Filter, FDO is in 'Worst' category, even with high LER, AB Signal, EV etc.
Is that because it is in discount chain group? Any other criteria you use for 'Best' or 'Worst' category?

The Worst stocks category is used when the 20DMF issues a short signal. In such a case, it is best to short the weakest stocks among the sectors with the worst price relative strength.
FDO belongs to the discount chain group, which is the 10 worst sector.
However, among all the stocks in these worst sectors, FDO has a positive thrust and is only ranked number 138 worst stock. hence, it is NOT a short candidate (If we had a short 20DMF signal, which is NOT the case.)
