This type of behavior when you have traders accumulating while pushing the price down to catch the stops is the signature of a powerful move. Of course, it might be a one-day wonder and we might fall back tomorrow, but any new trend needs to start somehow/somewhere.

What about the 20DMF in the last few minutes of trading? I thought that this figure has as much if not more of an effect on GDX than GDX MF alone. Am I misinterpreting? (I hope so, because I'm holding overnight....)
