I'm having troubles with viewing the 20DMF Real-Time.
I'm using IE 9.0.8112 on a Windows-7 64-bit system.
If I open the browser fresh, then everything is allright.
If I leave my browser open and wait a few minutes, the 20DMF information stays the same (the data is not refreshed)
Using the "Select" or "load" buttons or changing periods doesn't help.
The only thing I can do, is close the browser and restart the browser.
All the tabsheet have to be closed also.

Is anyone having the same isue with IE?
Is there some setting to change in IE?
Is another browser better?

Please help because it is annoying...

In fact, the browser is permanently requesting data from our server. This could overload it especially if you ask many past days, because it will request all the data every few seconds or so. I.E. has shown difficulties , especially 8.0

I also sometimes have difficulties on Mozilla.

It is the reason why we have been delaying the introduction of the other 9 RT ETFs.

The more RT data you have the slower the process.

Anyway, we are constantly looking into that type of issue.

This seems to be an IE 9 issue. To get around it ,this is what needs to be done (as instructed by the EV tech team):

1. Open IE 9
2. Press F12 key
3. From the new window that opens select from the menu "Cache" -> "Always Refresh from server"
