An awful 4 months

I am back in cash again !

Well, it has been an awful last 4 months in a very successful year investing with the Robots for me.

I think it is important here not to get too fixated and biased based on the recent performance.

Onwards and upwards.

I'm still drawn back to the board's discussion of the "butterfly" effect of the mid-December non-call (the 20DMF never quite turned bullish, albeit very close to doing so).

Had it done so, what would the Robot's trading decisions have been subsequent? And, if substantially different, what does that say about how the model accounts for such a near-miss? Personally, when the market reversed strongly upwards from 1200 I took the reversal and move up in the 20DMF itself as a long signal.
