The market had a solid rally today. It opened strong and saw it's highs early in the day. Although it gave up some of it's early gains it still closed up between .56% and .97% on the day. Volume was higher across the board. All the major averages are now above their 200dma's and are starting to spend time there. Leading stocks rose less than the overall market with the leaders index rising .37% on heavier and above average volume. The index closed below it's opening, thus producing a red candle. The market is holding up well and seems to want to go higher. Jerry
