Does anyone know the actual mining composition of GDX ?

How much of the content of the ETF is Gold mining related and how much is Silver/other metal mining related?

Silver components are pretty small (less than 10% it looks like, if not less than 7%). The GDX is almost a mirror of HUI, which is a well-known index of gold stocks. This can be seen by plotting prices of the two against each other.
