The market had another mixed session today, but the NASD averages were strongest. The major averages traded in positive territory most of the day before late selling came in . The New York averages finished low in their intraday trading ranges while the NASD averages finished in about the middle of theirs. The COMPQ and the NDX gained .18% and .25% respectively. Volume was also mixed, down on the New York and up on the NASD. Leading stocks were generally lower as well today. The leaders index fell .66% on the day. The index closed in about the middle of its trading range on lower and below average volume. The market had a mixed session today with mild gains in the major averages. Market internals were weak today with advancing/ declining volume and issues in negative territory. The equal weighted ETFs were also lower. The rally overall is on solid ground, although it appears to be struggling a bit in the short term. The big earnings reports yesterday didn’t do much as TSLA sold off pretty hard and GOOGL rallied a bit. There is a lot more coming next week as it is the biggest week of the earnings season and the Fed is meeting. The rally came a long way in a pretty short period of time and looks like it is consolidating in a pretty positive manor. Jerry
